Conseil scolaire francophone de la Colombie-Britannique ("the C.S.F."), and the Fédération des parents francophones de Colombie-Britannique ("the Fédération"), respondents to the application now before me, who are referred to in these reasons collectively as "the respondents", seek leave to introduce into evidence as exhibits to affidavits, documents written in French that have not been translated into English. The applicant, Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia ("the Province"), objects to the evidence being received without being translated.
